For EcoTools, consistency was lacking in the online shopping experience. By bringing the customer journey to the forefront from homepage and checkout up to the moment they receive their new EcoTools product. With the team we worked to migrate EcoTools onto a Hybris platform which would allow them to do much more with their new site, we then created the look and feel based off the EcoTools brand guidelines while keeping the user experience at heart. This creative  was carried through to the entire site and even brought into shipping packaging.
